All that is creative
Todd Rice
Creative Director and Founder Todd Rice helps lead Saforian in creative endeavors and influences the direction of the business. Before starting Saforian in 2001, he was a Senior Designer at Etensity, a dotcom technology company.
Todd holds a BA in multimedia design from Fort Lewis college and is active in many different creative/business groups. He spends part time in Ohio and Washington DC. He is married to Abby Linta and has one daughter named Sunny.

Greg Bosque
Greg Bosque is Saforian’s Interaction Design Director and leads the Creative Strategy group. Greg has been creating user interface strategies for the last 17 years and has worked for many companies, including Etensity, Freddie Mac and AOL to name a few.
Greg is an active member in the IxDA and UPA communities and has been labeled “bitter” when it comes to crappy interfaces. When not working, Greg spends his time with his wonderful family, Pam Bosque, who he has been married to “forever” and his two boys, Ryleigh & Nate.
Hard core development
David Tome
David Tome, Saforian's Development Director, oversees the development team and provides technical direction for the company. Prior to joining Saforian, David was a Principal Engineer at Vanteon, an embedded systems and software development company.
David holds a dual bachelors degree in computer science and mathematics from SUNY Potsdam. He is married to Wendy Tome and has two children, Grady and Finley.
Front end coding and SEO
Noah Lazar
Noah Lazar is Saforian's resident front-end developer, Drupal themer, and web accessibility expert. Noah has worked with the USDA, Etensity, and dozens of other commercial and educational clients before joining Saforian in 2003.
Noah has a BS in computer science from the University of Maryland, where he also played clarinet in the Marching Band. He is married to Theresa Lazar and has a beautiful daughter Emma.
